Ve fitness se mi l\u00edbila ta energie, kter\u00e1 z n\u011bj doslova sr\u0161\u00ed, ale sou\u010dasn\u011b mi po kr\u00e1tk\u00e9m \u010dase za\u010dalo i n\u011bco chyb\u011bt. Zkusila jsem si sout\u011b\u017ee a r\u016fzn\u00e9 sm\u011bry fitness sv\u011bta, abych postupn\u011b zji\u0161\u0165ovala, \u017ee se chci h\u00fdbat jinak a to v souladu s m\u00fdm vlastn\u00edm \u017eivotem a zdrav\u00edm. A to rozhodn\u011b nejsou tr\u00e9ninky 3kr\u00e1t a\u017e 5kr\u00e1t v t\u00fddnu do vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed. Pohyb je \u010dasto vn\u00edm\u00e1n jako \u201cv\u00fdkon, s\u00edla, fyzi\u010dka, n\u00e1maha\u201d. Nebo naopak v \u201cpomal\u00e9m\u201d protip\u00f3l\u016f jako propojov\u00e1n\u00ed mysli a t\u011bla, nap\u0159\u00edklad v j\u00f3ze nebo pilates.<\/p>\n<p>B\u011bhem sv\u00e9 14let\u00e9 tren\u00e9rsk\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti a za spolupr\u00e1ce s fyzioterapeuty jsem objevila n\u011bco mezi t\u011bmito dv\u011bma sv\u011bty. Za nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pova\u017euji to, aby na\u0161e t\u011blo bylo pru\u017en\u00e9, pevn\u00e9 a abychom se po cvi\u010den\u00ed c\u00edtili sv\u011b\u017ee, nikoli \u00fapln\u011b vy\u010derpan\u00ed. Moje metoda <a href=\"https:\/\/www.5pro.cz\/kurzy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">5PRO<\/a> vznikla propojov\u00e1n\u00ed poznatk\u016f nejen z oblasti pohybu, ale i z psychologie. Tr\u00e9nuji \u017eeny i mu\u017ee &#8211; sportovce, mlad\u00e9 sle\u010dny, t\u011bhotn\u00e9 \u017eeny, \u017eeny po porodu, mana\u017eery, lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed cht\u011bj\u00ed hubnout, tvarovat a zpevnit postavu. \u017den\u00e1m se sna\u017e\u00edm p\u0159edat to, aby se ve sv\u00e9m t\u011ble c\u00edtily kr\u00e1sn\u00e9, uvoln\u011bn\u00e9, aby si v pohybu nach\u00e1zely eleganci a jemnost. T\u00edm toti\u017e zm\u011bn\u00ed i dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla a jejich silueta z\u00edsk\u00e1 jin\u00fd rozm\u011br. T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161ichni jsou p\u0159ekvapeni jak\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f dosahuj\u00ed, ne v\u017edy je to toti\u017e s pohybem tak, jak si mysleli. M\u00e9mu nejstar\u0161\u00edmu klientovi je 80 let a jeho slovy ho na\u0161e spolupr\u00e1ce vr\u00e1tila do \u017eivota, op\u011bt se c\u00edt\u00ed jako platn\u00fd \u010dlen spole\u010dnosti. Pracuji tak\u00e9 s posti\u017eenou \u017eenu, u n\u00ed je v\u0161e slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1rove\u0148, ale d\u011bl\u00e1me pokroky. Ka\u017ed\u00fd klient je pro m\u011b velk\u00e1 \u0161kola pohybu.<\/p>\n<h2><b>V\u016fbec nejsi z oblasti web\u016f a na WordCampu nebude\u0161 p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161et.
